The work surface, equipped with splash guard edges is slightly sloped so as to send sauces, grease and dressings into the capacious drip tray designed for this purpose. Pilot flame, thermocouple, piezoelectric ignition and valved tap, guarantee maximum safety. The steel burner can be easily removed for cleaning.
