Seafood, snail or pasta cooker with gas burner, low consumption ecological system and integrated insulation without heat dissipation.
Inner elbows and burner area with thermal insulation, which allows significant energy savings. Manufactured with a deep-drawn tank bottom with a thickness of 4 mm. Countertop with a system that discharges water into the tank and drain tap.
Built entirely in AISI 316L food grade stainless steel or marine stainless steel. Including perforated sheet metal basket with handles, made entirely of stainless steel with a diameter of 600/700 mm (Depending on the model) and a depth of 600 mm.

Optionally, a stainless steel lid with a food-grade nylon handle can be fitted.

-Model CPGAS70/80 with high pressure (1. 5 bar) propane/butane gas burner for outdoor use.
-Model CAGAS70/80 with low pressure automatic ignition burner (0.37 mbares) and temperature control by digital thermostat. Approved for indoor premises.
-Model COIL70/80 with automatic gas-oil burner and temperature control by digital thermostat. Certified industrial and indoor use.
