MOBILE ICE CREAM DISPLAY BRX VINTAGE POZZETO WITH GLYCOLE

Tub manufactured in eco-friendly monobloc insulated polyurethane with a density of 40 kg/m3; the lateral panels have an insulation thickness of 70 mm and the bottom panel has an insulation thickness of 75 mm; inside covering is in stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304, outside (sides, back, bottom) in galvanized sheet metal, the front (operator side) is in stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304 (BA finish). Top in stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304 with thickness of 10/10 scotchbrite finish); insulation under the top in polyurethane foam; anti-condensation resistances (even for custom-made top).
210 mm diameter covers with stainless steel rings and thermally insulated with plastics for counter sherbet trays (sherbet trays excluded).
“Liquid” static refrigeration through a copper cooling coil (in direct contact with glycol) connected to an air- or water-condensed hermetic unit for temperatures lower than 0°C, housed in a special motor compartment or under the tub, inside the supporting frame (EU version with thermostatic valve), electronic control board equipped with digital thermostat and master switch. Base frame made of tubular profiles welded and painted with epoxy powders; adjustable feet and arrangement for footboard.
NOTE: The hermetic units are subject to testing at ambient temperatures between 30-32 °C with relative humidity of 60%; all refrigerated counters come with an electrical system test certificate; the operating temperature ranges between -13°C and -15°C controlled via an electronic control board. The refrigerant gas used is R404A.
