GAS SMOKING OVEN FOR HOT AND COLD SMOKING BEELONIA F2
F-series smoking ovens are particularly characterized by the double-walled stainless steel housing. The stove is equipped with a flame protection, grease tray and condensation tray as standard. The F series also has a 130mm pipe socket on the roof for the fume cupboard. The ovens can be operated both outdoors and indoors.
The models F II 70 and F II 70/60 can be equipped with a fixed electric heater including an adjustable thermostat. (Max 120 ° C) Gas and wood heating is operated in the usual interchangeable drawer system.
Furthermore, we recommend size FII 70 with an external smoke generator for cold smoking. This can be placed to the left or right of the stove.
