The FRXSH Mousse Chef is the newly developed frozen food processor, designed and made 100% in Switzerland. Its range of functions extends from ultra-fine moussing of deep-frozen foods, e.g. to flavourful and colour-intensive ice creams, sorbets, mousses and much more, to gentle chopping with adjustable granularity, e.g. of herbs, tartar or vegetables, to individually programmable, airy whipping of liquid ingredients.
In the process, the user can precisely portion his recipe processing, individually select the intensity of the processing and determine the number of processing cycles as well as the overpressure. Thanks to its large colour touch display with smart user guidance and new functions such as practical recipe programming, all processes can be carried out quickly and intuitively.
The Mousse Chef processes food precisely, powerfully and efficiently - even in intensive operation - and scores points in handling with its space-saving size, removable base plate and practical protective beaker lock, among other features.
