ECOGRILL ELECTRIC INHOSPAN

Machine designed to be able to grill meat, fish or vegetables, all without fumes, odors and with high profitability, without the need to have a kitchen with traditional smoke extraction or without facilities by passing the air with smoke through a system of cooling and filtration by speed acceleration for filtering it, eliminating water vapor, grease, odors and smoke.

Technical characteristics:
• Roller temperature thermostat adjustable from 0o C to 300o C. Inner tray to collect debris and fat when making the product.
• Refrigeration System with Gas 134 a, free of CFS for the elimination of vapors and liquefaction. Automatic defrost digital control.
• Thermally insulated for energy savings throughout the rotisserie chamber.
• Mesh filter at the entrance, for the Elimination of Grease.
• All filters are easily removable for cleaning, as well as all parts of the grill are removable for cleaning, even in the dishwasher. Exit to the collecting tray for residual water, fats and oil.
• Maximum thickness of the product to be roasted in 9 mm slices. up to 13 mm.
• They will always be meat, fish, vegetables or foods without bones, cartilage or hard parts. Roasting time from 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the product.
