Wood-fueled planetary rotisseries are ideal to give roast meat the classic, unmistakeable barbecue aroma. Wood and charcoal rotisseries in Elangrill’s Camino line allow the user to block disks and let the turnspits rotate, so that foods can be kept closer to the heat source and cooked faster with substantial energy savings. Models are available ranging from 16 to 126 chicken per hour capacity, to allow for size matching to actual customer needs.
