Entreprise: 1 plate and 1 self-sharpening knife made of stainless steel Unger S5: Ø 98, 3 plates, 2 self-sharpening knives and 2 rings.
Larger barrel and tube feeder: 50% to 80% extra capacity compared to traditional minced meat machines.
Excellent mincing performance, thanks to the special design and the very short tolerance between worm and barrel.
• Easy to apply, sturdy head mounting.
• Easy and safe cleaning: the head, the feed basin, the pipe and the mincer cutter can be removed to wash thoroughly, without any risk of damaging the machine.
• The start button, emergency stop and reverse push commands are equipped with low voltage (24V). N.V.R.
• The electrical parts are contained in an airtight box with IP 56 certification.
