CROQUETTES COATING MACHINE INHOSPAN

Set of machinery, designed to cut / dose the croquette and then coat it.

Industrial manufacturing line composed of:
-15 liter capacity electric stuffer.
-Michelin pneumatic compressor.
-Croquettes maker.
-Food breader batter.
-Stands with wheels.
-Standard 25mm nozzle for croquettes.

This line also allows the coating of any food that requires it by using the coating machine independently of the line. Useful for croquettes, nuggets, meatballs, flamenquines, cachopos, empanadillas, steaks, meats, balls, ...

There is the possibility of adapting the line for the industrial production of meatballs.

Technical characteristics:
-All machinery is built in stainless steel and food components.
-Includes methacrylate protectors.
-Variable speed control from 9 to 20m per minute in our batter.
-The production of the former comprises up to 8600 kibbles / hour.
-It allows the regulation of the length of the croquette. This means that its size ranges from 20 grams to 60 grams per kibble.
-Fully removable for easy cleaning.
