ELECTRIC INDUCTION PLATE ADVENTYS KNL4S

The KNL4 S is a multizone induction kit equipped with Adventys No-Limit technology. The saucier format is perfect for accommodating several small containers of sauces, to keep them at temperature throughout the service. It can be installed horizontally or vertically to fit any space. The No-Limit innovation is based on the principle: 1 inductor = 1 zone. You can then set each zone independently and carry out several cooking modes at the same time. You can place your containers anywhere on the surface, the 16 inductor format allows you to place more than 15 pans on the cooking surface. The KNL4 offers 4 zones of 4000W (1kw per zone) or 8000W (2kw per zone). The device is operated using a keyboard with sensitive keys and incremental encoders which individually control each inductor. The adjustment is made in power (watts) or in temperature (° C). The program function is also available with 3 memorizable settings.
