Fully integrated filter & oil pump system:
Thanks to the double filter system and integrated fat circulation pump, all breading residues (fine as flour) are filtered out and the filtered oil is pumped back into the frying pan.
Also intended for automatically pumping out used frying oil in the user's waste oil container by including a pump-out hose with pump-out pipe and insulated handle. Description under accessories.
Automatic basket lift:
Process-controlled, adapted to the amount of fried food. While the lift is running, an acoustic warning signal sounds to avoid accidents.
