ENROBING BELT FOR TRUFFLES ICB

Top Truffle is a conveyor belt to coat truffles to be directly connected to Chocotemper 24.

In the first section, the loading area, it is very easy for the operator to add the product.

In the next section, the coating area, the product is covered with tempered chocolate coming from the tempering machine. A dedicated roll spreads chocolate on the bottom of the product that is not directly coated by the melted chocolate. This section features a dripping system with a vibrating mechanism.

After leaving the coating area, the already coated products fall into a rotary dish where the process to make truffles will be completed.
