This ice breaker is proposing to the barman, always updated and careful about the preferences of the customers, a not broken but only cut ice per Caribbean tradition.
The ice so cut has a major resistance to the liquefaction exalting its primary function in the preparation of cocktails, drinks, aperitifs, fish or shellfish platters.
Its use is therefore also suitable in pubs, wine bar, restaurants, disco and kiosk.
The main structure is in stainless steel and it is supported by an anodized aluminum bar which also permits the regulation on three different height to work with trays, glasses, frappe and cocktail glasses. The plastic parts are in conformity with the food use.
