HORIZONTAL BATCH FREEZER STAF59 HBX
Digital horizontal batch freezers with automatic extraction and electronic control for a proper gelato consistency. The algorithm developed for the agitator torque control in Newton per meter allows to obtain gelato and sorbets with different structures and to control the operation of the compressor.

ENERGY SAVING
- Low water consumption thanks to high exchange condensers with wide copper area.
- Low power absorption thanks to the Inverter that optimizes the electrical motor’s power.
HEALTH
- All parts in contact with the mix or the gelato are in stainless steel and in non-toxic material; all of them are easily accessible and removable for cleaning.
- Hand shower (optional HTX200 model).
