When tradition and technical perfection combine: the MAG spit oven combines classic baking with maximum performance. Specially designed for continuous use by professional butchers, supermarkets or holiday locations, it combines power, speed and a mouth-watering wall of grilled meat on the spit. The spits are inserted and driven directly into the independent motors (adjustable depth), with reinforced "incoloy" infrared elements and excellent value for money.

The interior can be completely disassembled and the interior corners are rounded. The interior is 100% enamelled.

Simplifil® spits (patented by Dorégrill) make handling and cleaning safe and easy. It has an independent burner control and is available for maintenance temperature.
