MULTIFUNCTIONAL TILTING BRAT PAN NILMA MULTIBRAT

Multibrat is a tilting pressure braising pan with several different cooking functions. It can braise meat and fish, stir-fry vegetables, brown meat rolls, boil soups or stocks and steam foods of all kinds. It cooks everything faster thanks to the pressure created inside the pan.

Multibrat is truly special, since it is the only rectangular braising pan able to operate with high-pressure steam. This unique feature makes it highly reliable, enables it to heat up extremely fast, and saves impressive amounts of energy. Designed for large outputs, it has a rectangular pan with a capacity of 250 litres, able to accommodate up to 4 1/1 GN containers having a heigh of 200 mm.

Complete automation is provided by the touch-screen controls which allow users to switch between functions by just a gentle pressure on the screen. What’s more, every cooking parameter can be saved on a USB flash drive. An advanced version, connected to the Nilma CCMP interactive Software, is able to execute recipes, record cooking data, trace the products used and store all the HACCP parameters. Everything under control, now even from your smartphone! Extremely rugged and equipped with a number of safety devices, it is easy to use. When cooking is over you just press a button and Multibrat will automatically lift its lid and pour the product into the trolley.
