Fresh leaf vegetables are cut into perfect strips, as if by hand, but with the potential for up to 7000 portions/hour produced with just one operator. This is the result of Stripper, the leaf vegetable cutter, one of Nilma's answers to large kitchens' needs for cost savings, quality and rationalisation. The Stripper vegetable cutter delivers: perfect presentation of all types of leaf vegetable, thanks to an exclusive cutting system that does not crush or bruise the product; prefect control of the cutting thickness; absolutely safe operation; and major labour and time savings thanks to the device's high processing speed and user-friendliness. This makes the Stripper vegetable cutter the ideal aid for catering centres, hospitals, canteens and industrial food producers; vegetable washing and cutting lines can be created by combining the Stripper II and Atirmatic.
